Margaux Real Estate Investment Trust (ALFA-UN.V) completed the final closing of its non-brokered private placement raising C$1.2 million in total, it said late Tuesday.
The final closing consisted of 153,846 units at C$1.30 apiece, for C$199,999.80. Proceeds from the final closing are expected to be used for general working capital needs, the REIT said.
The company's units last traded Aug. 7, closing at C$1.10 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
