Malaysian Tycoon Vincent Tan Lowers Berjaya Stake

Berjaya (KLSE:BJCORP) said Vincent Tan sold 461.65 million shares of the company across seven transactions on May 28, according to a Thursday Malaysian bourse filing.

The Malaysian tycoon now owns 4.11% in direct interest and 10.96% in deemed interest in the conglomerate.

The latest disposal follows the reported sale of a 5.25% stake in Berjaya in March.
