Lygend Resources & Technology Sets Online Roadshow for Shenzhen Secondary Offering

Lygend Resources & Technology (SHE:002146, HKG:2245) will hold an online roadshow on Sept. 16 ahead of its secondary offering on the Shenzhen bourse, according to a Wednesday stock exchange disclosure.

The nickel products trader received approval from China's securities regulator for its offering of 172.9 million shares, or 10% of post-issuance capital.

Proceeds will fund a wet-process slag resource utilization project and a mixed hydroxide precipitate refining project, according to the prospectus.
