Lygend Resources & Technology Files Prospectus for Shenzhen IPO
Lygend Resources & Technology (HKG:2245, SHE:002146) on Thursday filed its prospectus for an initial public offering of 172.9 million shares, or 10% of post-issuance capital, on Shenzhen's main board.Proceeds will fund a wet-process slag resource utilization project and a mixed hydroxide precipitate refining project, according to the prospectus.The expected issue date is on Sept. 18.China International Capital serves as lead underwriter.
