Lygend Resources & Technology (SHE:002146, HKG:2245) has priced its planned initial public offering on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, seeking to raise up to 3.67 billion yuan in gross proceeds, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The nickel products trader will issue 172.9 million new A Shares at 21.23 yuan per share. The shares will account for 10% of its share capital post issuance.
Proceeds from the IPO will be used for a wet-process slag resource utilization project and a mixed hydroxide precipitate refining project.
