Loomis (LOOMIS.ST) issued 300 million euros of senior unsecured bonds under its 2 billion-euro medium-term note program.
The five-year bonds carry a coupon of 4.125% and are slated for listing on Euronext Dublin's regulated market, the payment services company said Wednesday.
Proceeds are earmarked for general corporate needs, including funding of Loomis' takeover of Hermes Transportes Blindados. Nordea and Société Générale were active bookrunners, with BBVA as passive bookrunner.
