LongBio Pharma's (HKG:1779) seasonal allergic rhinitis treatment LP-003 met the main goal of a phase 3 study, the firm said in a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.
According to LongBio, the late-stage study in China met its pre-specified primary endpoints with "highly statistically and clinically significant" results.
The firm enrolled 546 patients in the study, including those who did not achieve satisfactory results with standard treatment.
