Lode Gold Resources Appoints Qi Guo to its Board

Lode Gold Resources (LOD.V) appointed Qi Guo to its board of directors, it said Thursday.

Qi Guo, who is the founder of EDE Asset Management, currently serves as the chief executive officer and portfolio manager of EDE, added the company.

"Qi brings a valuable combination of mining investment experience, capital markets expertise and strong industry relationships," said board chair Hashim Ahmed. "Through EDE Asset Management, he has a strong track record of identifying undervalued opportunities and supporting resource companies through important stages of their development."

The company's shares were last seen down C$0.005 to C$0.365 on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Stantec Q2 Adjusted Earnings Climbs 18%

CAE's Fiscal Q1 Adjusted Earnings Remain Unchanged; Revenue Rises; Fiscal 2027 Outlook Kept

CAE (CAE.TO) after trade Wednesday reported fiscal first-quarter adjusted earnings per share of C$0.26, unchanged from a year ago.Analysts polled by FactSet expected C$0.23.Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 rose to C$1.17 billion from C$1.10 billion a year earlier.Analysts polled by FactSet expected C$1.13 billion.The company said its fiscal 2027 outlook remains unchanged. It continues to expect low-single-digit percentage revenue growth and adjusted EPS of C$1.21 to C$1.28.
