Lincotrade & Associates (SGX:BFT) said a unit secured a contract worth about SG$70 million for addition and alteration works and office fit-out at an educational institution in Singapore.
The project commenced on Aug. 1 and is expected to run for approximately 54 months.
The company said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the group's financial performance over the duration of the project.
