Lightwave Logic (LWLG) appointed Fred Graffam as chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Graffam, 60, most recently served as CFO of Fidium, Lightwave said Monday in a regulatory filing.
The company said Snizhana Quan, who served as principal financial officer and principal accounting officer since January, will continue as vice president of finance and corporate controller.
