Laurentian Bank of Canada Q3 Adjusted Earnings Fall

Laurentian Bank of Canada (LB.TO) reported third quarter adjusted earnings per share of C$0.51, compared with C$0.78, a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected EPS of C$0.63.

Total revenue decreased to C$241.7 million in the three months ended July 31, 2026, compared with C$246.8 million, a year-ago. Analysts expected revenue of C$243.7 million.

The company's board declared a quarterly dividend of C$0.47 per common share, unchanged from the prior quarter. This dividend is payable on Oct. 30, to shareholders of record on Oct. 1.

Its board also approved the termination of the Bank's Shareholder Dividend Reinvestment and Share Purchase Plan, effective Sept. 30.

Shares of the company closed unchanged at C$40.31 on Thursday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Inventronics Q2 Net Earnings Stay Flat

Inventronics (IVX.V) said Thursday after trade that second-quarter net earnings were relatively flat, edging down slightly to C$0.027 per share, from C$0.028 per share, in the prior year period.The company said revenue rose slightly, to C$2.3 million from C$2.2 million, over the same period.Inventronics shares last traded on Aug. 19, closing unchanged at C$0.75 per share.
