Latitude Group Holdings (ASX:LFS) said it will redeem all outstanding Latitude Capital Notes 1 on Oct. 27, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The notes will be redeemed for AU$100 each before being canceled, per the filing.
The company said a final distribution of AU$1.6397 per note is scheduled to be paid on the redemption date.

Malayan Banking (KLSE:MAYBANK) has raised around $700 million through a two-part sale of US dollar bonds, Reuters reported on Tuesday, quoting an updated term sheet.The Malaysian lender's offering includes $300 million of three-year floating-rate notes priced at 60 basis points above the Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR).
