Latin Metals (LMS.V) on Monday said it agreed to grant Aumin Argentina an option to acquire the Organullo gold project in Argentina.
The company will receive $4 million over six years under the agreement with Aumin committing to 40,000 meters of exploration drilling over the period. Latin Metals will also maintain a 2% net smelter royalty on the project.
Under the terms, Latin Metals may receive potential aggregate cash consideration of between $24 million and $40 million, depending on whether Aumin accelerates the option and royalty buyback, Latin Metals said Monday.
