Lasertec (TYO:6920) posted an 8.5% year-over-year fall in net income attributable to owners of the parent to 77.5 billion yen for the fiscal year ended June 30 from 84.7 billion yen.
The inspection equipment maker's earnings per share fell to 862.26 yen from 937.82 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo Stock Exchange filing on Thursday.
Net sales fell 8.3% to 230.5 billion yen from 251.5 billion yen in the year-ago period.
In a separate filing, the company said that its board approved a 197 yen per share year-end dividend, paid from retained earnings, for the fiscal year ended June 30. It will be paid on Sept. 28 to shareholders on record as of June 30.
Looking ahead to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, the company forecasts attributable income of 90 billion yen, EPS of 1,004.12 yen, and net sales of 290 billion yen.
