Norwegian maritime technology company Kongsberg Maritime (KMAR.OL) said Wednesday it completed the issuance of three series of new senior unsecured bonds totaling 2.5 billion Norwegian kroner.
The transaction included 400 million kroner of three-year bonds with a floating-rate coupon of three-month Norwegian Interbank Offered Rate plus 0.57% per year, 1.60 billion kroner of five-year bonds with a floating-rate coupon of three-month NIBOR plus 0.82% per year, and 500 million kroner of seven-year bonds with a fixed-rate coupon of 5.41% per year.
Settlement is expected on Aug. 28, with the securities intended for listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Nordea and SEB served as joint lead managers for the bond issue.
