Huadian New Energy (SHA:600930) will issue two tranches of 250-day bonds worth a total of 3 billion yuan, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The first tranche is worth 2 billion yuan with an interest rate of 1.41%, with Bank of China as bookkeeping manager and lead underwriter, and China Minsheng Bank and China Merchants Bank as joint lead underwriters.
The second tranche is worth 1 billion yuan and is underwritten by Industrial Bank and Agricultural Bank of China.
Both issuances mature on April 24, 2027.
Shares fell 2% during morning trading on Wednesday.
