KDA Group (KDA.V) appointed Louise Potvin to its board of directors, replacing Jacques Turgeon, who has resigned, it said Wednesday.
Potvin serves as an expert for advisory committees to the auditor general of Quebec, said the company.
She has served as president and chief executive officer of the Centre integre de sante et de services sociaux de la Monteregie-Est (CISSSME), added the company.
"Louise Potvin's exceptional experience leading major institutions in the network, combined with her current work on the performance of the network and Sante Quebec, will make a decisive contribution to KDA as we accelerate the deployment of Medherize and Adherize and our discussions with Sante Quebec," said Chief Executive Officer Jean-Marc Leveille.
The company's shares were last seen down C$0.005 at C$0.095 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
