Kardigan (KARD) shares surged 28% to $20.54 in their debut Thursday on the Nasdaq.
The clinical-stage precision therapeutics company priced its initial public offering of 25 million shares at $16 each. Underwriters were granted a 30-day option to purchase an additional 3.75 million shares.
The stock opened at $16.25 and rose as high as $21.
The offering is scheduled to close Monday.
