Tongling Jingda Special Magnet Wire (SHA:600577) entered into an agreement with Broad Vision (HK) Holding to subscribe for the units of its private fund, HK BVF I LPF, for $15 million, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.
HK BVF I LPF has a total capital of $100 million.
The Chinese wire manufacturer owns 15% of the fund.
