Jingda Special Magnet Wire's Director Resigns After Securities Regulator's Penalty
Tongling Jingda Special Magnet Wire (SHA:600577) said a director resigned after the Chinese securities regulator imposed a penalty against her for audit violations, according to a Shanghai bourse filing over the weekend.The wire manufacturer's shares slipped 1% during Monday's afternoon trade.The Chinese Securities Regulatory Commission slapped a fine of 200,000 yuan against the director, Guo Hailan, for being directly responsible for violations to the audit of Guangdong Haid Group's (SHE:002311) 2021 and 2022 annual reports.Jingda Special Magnet Wire said Guo's resignation was due to personal reasons and the penalty was unrelated to the company.
