Jindo Faces Lawsuit Over Access to Board Meeting Minutes

A shareholder identified as Kwon has filed a legal petition against Jindo (KRX:088790) at the Seoul Southern District Court, seeking access to board meeting minutes from Nov. 5, 2018.

The request specifically covers the minutes and related attachments concerning a special bonus plan for executives and employees tied to 2018 sales and operating profit targets.

The shareholder is asking the court to permit inspection and copying, including photographs and digital storage, during business hours at the company's headquarters.

Jindo received the court filing on Aug. 3 and stated it will respond in accordance with legal procedures.
