Liverpool FC's owner, Fenway Sports Group, said Friday it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell a minority stake in the football club to 1892 Holdings, a consortium that includes Amazon (AMZN) founder Jeff Bezos.
1892 Holdings' stake is about 30%, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter.
