ITOCHU (TYO:8001) posted a 3.5% year-over-year rise in attributable net profit for the fiscal first quarter to 293.8 billion yen from 283.9 billion yen.
Basic EPS was 42.02 yen, compared with 40.10 yen a year earlier, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Monday.
Revenue grew 8.9% to 3.876 trillion yen from 3.559 trillion yen for the three months ended June 30.
For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, the company expects attributable net profit of 950 billion yen and basic EPS of 136.75 yen.
The company plans to pay interim and year-end dividends of 22 yen per share each for the current fiscal year.
