Italy's business confidence index edged up to 95.6 points in July from the revised 95.3 points in June, according to data from statistics agency Istat published Friday.
For the manufacturing sector, the confidence index rose to 89.6 points from the revised 88.6 points previously. The consensus estimate stood at 88.9 points.
