ispace (TYO:9348) has secured a 3 billion yen three-year term loan from The Shizuoka Bank to boost its liquidity and financial stability, with execution planned for September.
The unsecured floating-rate facility will fund mission development and other working capital needs, with bullet repayment at maturity, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Wednesday.
Financial covenants require positive consolidated net assets and a minimum of 3 billion yen in cash at each fiscal year-end.
