ISOTeam (SGX:5WF) is looking to raise between SG$4 million and SG$6 million through the issuance of commercial paper on digital securities platform SDAX, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The commercial paper will carry an interest rate of 3.80% per annum and mature in three months.
The offering marks the fifth issuance of three-month commercial paper under the company's SDAX multicurrency CP program.
