IsoEnergy (ISO.TO, ISOU) signed an exploration agreement with Kineepik Metis Local to support "responsible uranium exploration" in Saskatchewan, it said Monday.
The agreement will also provide Kineepik community members and businesses with business, employment and training opportunities in connection with the exploration activities, it said.
"This Agreement formalizes our relationship with Kineepik and establishes a clear framework for ongoing engagement as we advance exploration across our Saskatchewan portfolio," said Chief Executive Officer Philip Williams. "It also provides meaningful opportunities for Kineepik members and businesses to participate in and benefit from our activities."
The company's shares were last seen down C$0.30., or 1.8%, to C$16.10 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
