International Entertainment (HKG:1009) completed the second and final tranche of its convertible bond issuance, issuing HK$800 million in notes to Philippine online gambling platforms operator DigiPlus Interactive (PSE:PLUS), according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The issuance was part of a subscription agreement signed in November 2025 for convertible notes with an aggregate principal amount of up to HK$1.6 billion.
The first tranche of notes with a principal amount of HK$800 million was issued in March.
Net proceeds will be used partly to repay promissory notes and bank borrowings, fund the development of an integrated resort project in Manila, and for general working capital, the firm previously said.
