Intermap Technologies (IMP.TO) after trade Thursday reported a second-quarter net loss of $0.03 per share, compared with a net loss of $0.02 per share a year ago.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $2 million, down from $3 million a year earlier.
The corresponding FactSet figures weren't available.
"Intermap's underlying business outlook remains unchanged, with the timing of the Indonesia opportunity continuing to be the principal variable affecting 2026 results," the company said.
It also announced a deal to acquire PCI Geomatics, creating a vertically integrated geospatial intelligence platform. The transaction is set to close in the third quarter. Financial detais were not disclosed.
The company's shares closed down C$0.02, or 2%, to C$0.96 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
