Integral Metals (INTG.CN) intends to raise C$1.3 million through a non-brokered private placement of units at C$0.40 apiece, it said after markets closed late Friday.
Each unit will consist of a tax-advantaged flow-through share and a transferable 18-month warrant to buy a common share for C$0.50 purchase warrant.
Proceeds from the FT shares will be used to incur eligible "Canadian exploration expenses" that are intended to qualify as "flow-through mining expenditures". Closing of the offering is expected on or about Sept. 14.
Shares of the company were last seen up 5.5% to C$0.48 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
