InPlay Oil (IPO.TO) confirmed its board declared a monthly cash dividend of C$0.09 per share, unchanged from the prior month, it said Tuesday.
The dividend is payable on Sept. 29, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 15.

Silver Storm Mining (SVRS.V) said Monday it closed the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising gross proceeds of C$6.38 million. The company issued 12.75 million units at C$0.50 apiece in the second tranche.Together with the first tranche, Silver Storm issued a total of 42 million units for aggregate gross proceeds of C$21 million.Silver Storm said it plans to use the net proceeds mainly for surface and underground drilling at the La Parrilla Silver Mine Complex and for working capital.
