InterGlobe Aviation (BOM:539448, NSE:INDIGO) said Indigo will temporarily suspend flights to and from London Heathrow from Oct. 25 until it begins taking delivery of its Airbus A350-900 aircraft, according to a Friday regulatory filing.
The airline said it will also discontinue its wide-body operations from Oct. 25 and conclude its damp lease agreement with Norse Atlantic Airways on Oct. 31, citing a challenging operating environment driven by ongoing geopolitical tensions.
Mumbai-Amsterdam flights will be operated using Airbus A321XLR aircraft from Oct. 25, the statement said.
