The notes will be listed on the Global Securities Market of India International Exchange, the Debt Securities Market of NSE IFSC and the Singapore Exchange.

Kafelaku Coffee Holding (HKG:1869) has revised the terms for its private placement offering to raise HK$11.6 million, up from HK$11 million, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.The specialty coffee chain said it will now offer 282.1 million shares at HK$0.041 apiece, up from HK$0.039.
