Ichigo (TYO:2337) said combined solar and wind power generation from its own assets and those of its subsidiary, Ichigo Green Infrastructure Investment (TYO:9282), climbed 1% year on year in May to 22.4 million kWh.
The renewable energy company said output was 7% below forecast, according to a Wednesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Ichigo said the May generation translated into carbon dioxide reduction of 9.65 million kilograms.
Roshow Technology (SHE:002617) controlling shareholder Roshow Group, along with concerted parties including the actual controller and related funds, plans to reduce its collective stake by up to 33.4 million shares, or 1.75% of total share capital.The reduction will be undertaken within three months starting 15 trading days from June 2 using centralized bidding and block trading.The group currently holds 11.32% of the company.Shares of the motor and generator manufacturer closed 5% lower Wednesday.
Two units of Jinhui Holdings (HKG:0137) agreed to acquire two vessels from Jiangmen Nanyang Ship Engineering for a total of $68.3 million, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.The vessels are expected to be delivered to Jinshun Shipping and Jintong Marine on or before Dec. 31, 2030.The vessels comprise deadweight 64,500 metric ton type bulk carriers.
Zhongfu Straits Pingtan Development (SHE:000592) filed for the bankruptcy liquidation of its subsidiary, Zhongfu Straits (Pingtan) Real Estate, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Wednesday.The application was made at the People's Court of Pingtan County, Fujian Province, China.The company is a creditor of Zhongfu Straits Real Estate.The forest product manufacturer's shares fell 2% at the close.
