A.I.S. Resources (AIS.V) has secured a permit to launch phase-one drilling at the Saint John iron oxide-copper-gold project in New Brunswick.
A.I.S. will begin site preparation on July 28, the mining exploration company said Tuesday.
The company said it secured approval from the New Brunswick Department of Natural Resources and Energy Development.

Celestica (CLS.TO, CLS) reported second-quarter adjusted earnings of $2.54 per share after the market close Monday, up from $1.39 a year earlier. TFI International (TFII.TO) after trade Monday reported second-quarter adjusted earnings of $1.85 per diluted share, up from $1.34 per diluted share a year earlier.Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.60.Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $2.29 billion, up from $2.04 billion a year ago.Analysts expected revenue of $2.22 billion.The company said it expects third-quarter adjusted diluted earnings per share to be in the range of $1.70 to $1.80 "assuming no significant positive or negative change in the operating environment."
