Hyundai Elevator (KRX:017800) has suspended its elevator manufacturing operations from Monday due to a strike related to collective bargaining negotiations, according to a Korea regulatory filing on Monday.
The production halt is expected to affect approximately 53.2% of the company's annual sales, amounting to 1.31 trillion won out of the latest fiscal year's total sales of 2.47 trillion won.
The company has yet to set a resumption date for production, saying operations will restart once collective bargaining agreements are reached.
