Hunan Kylinsec Technology (SHA:688152) will deregister subsidiary Guizhou Qilin Xin'an Technology, according to a Wednesday after-hours filing in Shanghai.
The deregistration will also remove Guizhou Qilin Xin'an as implementing entity of the regional marketing and technical service system construction project.
Qilin Xin'an's deregistration will help boost the company's business development plan, it said.
