HubSpot Can Drive Durable Growth Amid Accelerating AI Adoption, RBC Says

By

HubSpot (HUBS) has the ability to drive durable growth amid accelerating AI adoption, as core drivers remain intact and the hybrid pricing model unlocks further expansion vectors, RBC Capital Markets said in a Thursday research report.

Channel checks indicate AI agents are gaining traction across multiple use cases, while spend remains healthy as clients continue to seek AI-driven value in day-to-day operations amid rising migration activity from competitor platforms, analysts wrote.

The transition to an AI-first architecture bolsters HubSpot's position as a go-to-market harness for scaling businesses, according to the note.

The brokerage said it reiterated its outperform rating on the stock and price target of $300 per share.
