Huaneng Power International (HKG:0902, SHA:600011) issued sci-tech innovation bonds amounting to 1.50 billion yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.
The bonds have an interest rate of 2.12% and a term of 15 years.
The power company's Hong Kong shares rose 2% during the morning trade.
ICICI Bank (BOM:532174) filed for the listing of $1 billion 5.410% senior bonds due 2031 on the Singapore bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.The bonds will be listed and quoted on the Bonds Market on Aug. 31, the filing said.

Jiangxi Copper (SHA:600362) issued a total of 1.50 billion yuan of bonds across two tranches, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The first tranche has a total issuance amount of 600 million yuan, a term of 10 years and an interest rate of 2.14%, while the second tranche has a size of 900 million yuan, a 15-year term and a rate of 2.33%.The two tranches are part of a 7 billion-yuan bond program approved in June.
