Jiangxi Copper (SHA:600362) issued a total of 1.50 billion yuan of bonds across two tranches, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The first tranche has a total issuance amount of 600 million yuan, a term of 10 years and an interest rate of 2.14%, while the second tranche has a size of 900 million yuan, a 15-year term and a rate of 2.33%.
The two tranches are part of a 7 billion-yuan bond program approved in June.
