Honyi International Company (TPE:4530) changed the company's name to Tianyi Water Energy Solutions, effective July 8, according to a Wednesday filing with the Taiwan bourse.
The name was changed after receiving the approval letter from the Taipei City Office of Commerce regarding the company on July 9.
The company's shares were up 2% in recent trade.
