Private home prices in Hong Kong extended their gains for a 13th consecutive month in June, though the pace of growth eased to 0.3%, provisional data from the Rating and Valuation Department showed on Wednesday.
The overall private domestic price index rose to 323.2 in June from a revised 322.2 in May. The increase followed a revised 1.5% monthly gain in May.
Prices have climbed 7.9% in the first six months of the year, reaching their highest level since September 2023.
