Honey Badger Silver Finishes 2026 Field Program at Yava Project in Nunavut

By

Honey Badger Silver (TUF.V) completed its field exploration program at its Yava Project in Nunavut, it said Wednesday.

The 2026 work program included geological mapping and systematic sampling of its Main Zone area and nearby historic occurrences as well as untested regional Versatile Time-Domain Electromagnetic (VTEM) targets, said the company.

The samples from the fieldwork program at Yava have been sent for geochemical analysis, added the company.

"Importantly, Yava also presents meaningful critical minerals upside with copper and zinc noted in the historical drilling," said interim Chief Executive Officer Chad Williams. "Our 2026 field program was designed to advance our understanding of this underexplored system, refine priority targets and lay the groundwork for future drilling."

Williams added: "We believe Yava has the potential to emerge as a highly compelling exploration asset within the Honey Badger Silver portfolio."

The company's shares were last seen up C$0.02, or 2.6%, at C$0.79 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
