HNA Technology's (SHA:600751, SHA:900938) unit, Bright Shipping, agreed to sell its Panamax dry bulk carrier, AE Jupiter, for $11.4 million, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.
The memorandum was signed with Orion Fortune, the buyer of the ship.
The ship will be delivered between Sept. 15 and Sept. 30.

Kafelaku Coffee Holding (HKG:1869) has revised the terms for its private placement offering to raise HK$11.6 million, up from HK$11 million, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.The specialty coffee chain said it will now offer 282.1 million shares at HK$0.041 apiece, up from HK$0.039.
