Hikari Tsushin (TYO:9435) subsidiary K891, Inc. plans to acquire the common shares and the stock acquisition rights of management services company Leopalace21 Corporation (TYO:8848) via a tender offer, according to a filing with the Japan bourse on Tuesday.
The tender offer runs from Sept. 15 to Oct. 30. The purchase price is 1,000 yen per common share, while each applicable stock acquisition right is priced at 99,900 yen. The minimum number of shares to be purchased is 158.716 million, the filing said.
Shares of the office automation and telecommunications company fell 1% in recent trade.
