Hertz Energy (HZ.CN) plans to raise up to CA$3 million through a private placement of share units and flow-through (FT) shares, the company said on Tuesday.
Hertz will issue an unspecified number of share units priced at CA$0.20 each made up of a share and a three-year warrant to buy a share CA$0.40 to raise CA$1.5 million proceeds.
The company will also also issue FT shares at priced at CA$0.28 each, for additional proceeds of CA$1.5 million, which will be used for eligible Canadian exploration expenses.
Hertz also completed a high-resolution magnetic and VLF-EM survey over its Lake George Tungmony Project in New Brunswick, which surrounds the past-producing Lake George Antimony Mine.
Hertz shares were last seen down CA$0.01 to CA$0.26 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
