Hero MotoCorp (NSE:HEROMOTOCO, BOM:500182) board has approved an additional investment of up to 10 billion Indian rupees in associate company Ather Energy.
The investment will be made through subscription to equity shares or other equity-linked securities issued by Ather Energy on a preferential basis, subject to necessary approvals from Ather's board and shareholders, according to an Indian bourse filing.
