Hancock Whitney (HWC) said Monday it won regulatory clearances from federal and state authorities to complete its acquisition of OFB Bancshares.
Shareholders of OFB Bancshares also voted to approve the transaction, Hancock Whitney said.
The acquisition is projected to close around Aug. 1, the company said.
