HanchorBio Unit Files US IND Application for Trispecific Cancer Drug HCB303

FBD Biologics, a subsidiary of HanchorBio (TPE:7827), has submitted an investigational new drug application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for HCB303, a trispecific fusion protein biologic targeting solid tumors.

The candidate has not yet entered human clinical trials or received commercial approval. Upon clearance, HanchorBio plans to advance it through Phase I to III evaluations.

Global oncology therapeutics are estimated by IQVIA to be a $291 billion market expanding through 2030, HanchorBio said.

Kafelaku Coffee Upsizes Private Placement to HK$11.6 Million

Kafelaku Coffee Holding (HKG:1869) has revised the terms for its private placement offering to raise HK$11.6 million, up from HK$11 million, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.The specialty coffee chain said it will now offer 282.1 million shares at HK$0.041 apiece, up from HK$0.039.
