Haier Industrial Development to Offload 1.84% Stake in Bank of Qingdao

Bank of Qingdao's (HKG:3866, SHE:002948) shareholder Qingdao Haier Industrial Development plans to reduce its holding in the firm by 107.1 million, or 1.84%, shares, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the lender were down nearly 1% in Wednesday afternoon trading.

Qingdao Haier Industrial Development, which currently holds 532.6 million, or 9.15%, shares in the bank, will dispose of shares through block trades within 3 months after 15 trading days from the disclosure date.
